QR Codes
QR codes are the fastest way to get started with ScanBeacon. Print them, stick them wherever you want to track a habit, and scan with your phone camera. No special hardware needed.
How it works
Create a tag
Sign in and create a tag for the habit you want to track (e.g., "Morning Vitamins").
Download or print
On the tag setup screen, download the QR code as an image or print a sheet of them.
Place it
Stick the QR code where you'll see it — next to the thing you want to track.
Scan to log
Point your phone camera at the QR code. It opens ScanBeacon and logs the habit automatically.
Printing tips
Regular printer
Print a sheet of QR codes on regular paper and cut them out. Tape them wherever you need them — a great way to try things out before committing to sticker labels.
Label / sticker paper
For a cleaner look, use Avery label sheets or any full-sheet sticker paper. Print a grid and peel-and-stick. Use the “Print sheet” option for a ready-to-print PDF.
Thermal printer
Handheld thermal printers (like Phomemo or NIIMBOT) work great for small QR stickers. Download the PNG and print directly from the printer's app.
